Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) - ENT | Carmel, IN We are seeking a dedicated Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join a well-established, high-volume ENT practice in Carmel, Indiana. This role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative outpatient setting focused on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care within a supportive physician-led team.
Role Overview The APP will provide evaluation, diagnosis, and management of a focused ENT patient population within established clinical protocols. Common conditions include cerumen impaction, dizziness/vertigo, laryngopharyngeal reflux, and headache-related concerns. The provider will perform select in-office procedures within scope, order and interpret diagnostic testing, and coordinate care with supervising physicians when escalation or surgical evaluation is needed.

Key Responsibilities - Evaluate and manage non-surgical ENT conditions in an outpatient clinic
- Perform in-office procedures within scope (e.g., ear cleaning/cerumen removal)
- Order and interpret appropriate diagnostic studies
- Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with physicians
- Provide patient education and ensure continuity of care
- Coordinate referrals and escalations for surgical evaluation when appropriate
Schedule - Full-time, Monday-Friday
- Standard clinic hours (approximately 8:00 AM - 4:30/5:00 PM)
- No call, no weekends, no evenings!
Requirements - Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C)
- Active Indiana license or eligibility to obtain
- ENT or related clinical experience preferred, but not required
Compensation & Benefits - Base salary: $105,000 - $130,000 (based on experience)
- Productivity bonus potential: $10,000 - $25,000+ annually
- Annual merit increases
