Job descriptionForge Meaningful Connections : Build and nurture long-term relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, and community organizations to promote our innovative hospice services . Educate and Advocate : Be a champion for our unique approach to end-of-life care. Educate referral sources on the value and benefits of choosing Superior Hospice. Guide and Support Families : Assess patient eligibility for hospice care and provide compassionate guidance throughout the admissions process, supporting families during a health crisis . Stay Ahead of the Curve : Keep up with market trends and industry developments , positioning Superior Hospice as a leader in the field. Collaborate for Success : Work closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure smooth patient transitions and provide exceptional care at every stage. Ensure Compliance : Keep accurate records of interactions, maintaining compliance with all regulatory standards and ensuring top-quality service . Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (preferred). Proven sales experience in the hospice or healthcare field , with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals . Expert knowledge of hospice and end-of-life care, with a passion for making a difference in the lives of patients and their families. Strong interpersonal skills , with the ability to build rapport and effectively communicate with healthcare providers and families during sensitive times. Organizational skills and attention to detail to manage a diverse client base effectively. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation . Compassionate, empathetic demeanor and the ability to navigate difficult conversations with care and respect.
