Nurse Manager - Ambulatory Surgery Center
Job Overview
Seeking an exceptional Nurse Manager to lead a rapidly expanding ambulatory surgery center during an exciting period of growth and transformation.
Organizational Growth
The surgery center is experiencing significant expansion, recently increasing from 5 to 7 operating rooms. This strategic growth presents unique opportunities for leadership and professional development. The ASC is committed to scaling operations while maintaining exceptional patient care and operational excellence. The OR Nurse Manager will work with a dynamic perioperative team that will perform 600+ total joint surgeries in 2025 and that has an expanding ortho spine program. This is built on a consistent surgical case volume of ~3,000 pain management cases, ENT, plastics and more.
