A company is looking for a Manager of Utilization Management Administration Operations & Correspondence.

Key Responsibilities

Manage regulatory requirements for member and provider notifications and ensure contractual compliance

Oversee daily operations of the Utilization Admin Ops and Correspondence team, including staff management and template implementation

Act as a liaison with external entities and maintain positive communication with customers, providers, and members

Required Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)

Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in an acute care setting

Minimum of 3 years of utilization management review experience in a managed care organization

Experience managing a remote team of utilization management reviewers

Current and unencumbered Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC)
