Join us as a Full-Time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant at our Jacksonville, FL Health Center , where you’ll care for client employees in a supportive, patient-focused environment. Enjoy a predictable weekday schedule : Monday–Friday, 8 : 00 a.m.–4 : 30 pm.

What You’ll Do

• Conducts physical exams and preventive health measures per guidelines
• Performs procedures such as injections, suturing, wound care, and infection management
• Develops patient care plans, records progress, and ensures continuity of care
• Educates patients on treatment plans, health maintenance, and development
• Orders and interprets diagnostic tests to assess clinical conditions
• Collaborates with physicians and healthcare teams for comprehensive care
• Prescribes or recommends treatments, including medications and therapies
• Refers patients to specialists or physicians as needed
• Maintains patient health records ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation and records
• Educates and coaches nursing staff on best practices
• Performs other duties as assigned
