Central Ohio Primary Care Physicians is seeking a highly motivated RN committed to patient center care with strong customer service skills to fill a full-time Nurse Triage position at our Pediatric & Adolescent Practitioners office located in Gahanna, OH. This is a full time position working M-Th 8-5 Fri 8-4p.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

Duties / Responsibilities :

• Escorting patients to exam rooms.
• Recording patient medical, social and family history.
• Measuring patient vital signs (blood pressure, weight, height).
• Completing injections for patients.
• Assisting with front office duties.
• Assisting with educating patient on care-gap closures.
• Provide medical triage via telephone to patients
• Other duties as assigned.
