Job Description

Outpatient Facility in Santa Ana - AOD Program Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)

Duties and responsibilities :

Delivers various therapeutic services within scope of practice in all of the recovery programs at The Grove.

Responsible for the daily operations of client care.

Observes client medication management and documents all activities in a timely manner.

Initiates personal contact with newly admitted individuals, providing support

and orientation to the program philosophy.

Monitor the clients vitals and do face to face wellness checks throughout shift on schedule.

Monitor new clients every 30 minutes for the first 72 hours.

Document daily the individual's progress and participation.

Conducts all client care professionally and therapeutically, placing the individuals dignity

and rights above personality differences.

Responsible for driving The Grove Recovery Community culture through core values and upholding industry top

standards.

Develops and maintains relationships through effective and timely communication.

Takes the initiative and action to respond, resolve and follow up regarding issues with all

Residents in a timely manner.

Communicates the individuals progress through record keeping and verbal interaction

with the staff.

Conforms to current and ethical laws of CADAC / NADAC.
