Nurse recruiter Jobs in Fairfield, CA

BTA is looking for a recruiter who will be tasked with hiring Behavior Technicians as well as handle onboarding tasks for new hires. We are committed to providing kind, competent, and compassionate services to those entrusted to our care and an enjoyable work environment for our staff.

Rate : $21-23 / hr

Schedule : Full Time, M-F 8 : 30 am to 5 pm

Position Overview :

The primary purpose of the Recruiter position is to actively source, recruit, and onboard highly qualified individuals who can contribute to the success of the company. You will work closely with company stakeholders to understand the job requirements and give them updates during the hiring process. As a recruiter, you will need to have excellent time management and organizational skills to manage multiple candidate's data simultaneously. You would also need to be a team player with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve company goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required. BA in business or related field preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of recruiting experience preferred but not required.
• Experience in the ABA field is preferred.
• Exceptional project and personnel management skills.
• Excellent ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy, fast-growth environment.
• Friendly and supportive personality.
• Proficiency in all Google Applications (Gmail, Google Slides, Google Doc, Google Calendar, etc.) is essential.
