Job Description
Allied Universal's Corporate Talent Acquisition Team is hiring a Corporate Recruiter to support call center hiring for Allied Universal Security and its various business units. The Corporate Recruiter will perform full lifecycle recruiting for high-volume admininstrative positions, including but not limited to, skilled customer service representatives, monitoring center operators, call center agents, leadership positions, etc. The recruiter will be based at our Customer Experience Center (CEC) in Richardson, TX.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
Recruitment Process and Candidate Selection
- Utilize the Applicant Tracking System (iCIMS) and other sourcing channels (including community-based organizations) to drive applicant flow and develop strong talent pipelines, leveraging innovative strategies and market analysis to optimize recruitment efforts
- Collaborate with senior and line management to ensure a deep understanding of job responsibilities and define successful candidate profiles, including cultural and regional fit
- Manage requisitions by reviewing applications, assessing qualifications, and facilitating video interviews to identify top talent, providing thoroughly screened candidate information to the hiring team
- Organize and schedule interviews for hiring team members; Lead discussions on interview feedback and selection decisions, seeking input and adjusting criteria as needed
- Manage all aspects of candidate selection process to ensure quality, compliance, engagement, and inspire confidence in company brand and opportunity
- Work in collaboration with the members of the Talent Acquisition Team to identify, capture and report relevant and creative sourcing techniques to identify trends and assess progress

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, Psychology or related degree
Full cycle exempt-level recruiting experience
