Position OverviewA healthcare organization in Phoenix, Arizona is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide quality patient care in a clinical or long-term care setting.
This role is open to new graduates as well as candidates with less than 1 year of experience, making it an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a supportive healthcare environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesAdminister medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
Monitor, evaluate, and document patient progress and outcomes.
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
Participate in shift reports and care coordination activities.
Support staff training and development initiatives as needed.
Ensure compliance with state and federal healthcare regulations.
Active Registered Nurse (RN) License
CPR / Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care
Exposure to geriatric patient care is a plus
100% Onsite role
