An HR / Executive Administrative Assistant is in charge of providing administrative support to the Human Resources department by managing employee
records, assisting with recruitment, onboarding new employees, answering benefits questions, coordinating training logistics, and generally supporting
day-to-day HR operations, often requiring strong organizational and communication skills to handle various tasks efficiently.

o Maintaining employee files, updating personal information, and ensuring data accuracy within HR systems.
o Posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
o Assisting with new employee paperwork, setting up accounts, conducting orientation sessions, and providing necessary information.
o Assisting with payroll of employees
o Answering employee questions regarding benefits plans, processing enrollment forms, and updating benefit information.
o Scheduling training sessions, preparing materials, and managing attendance records.
o Drafting and distributing internal communications, responding to employee inquiries, and managing employee relations issues.
o Assisting with maintaining compliance with employment laws, including recordkeeping and reporting.
o Handling phone calls, maintaining calendars, preparing reports, and managing office supplies related to HR functions.
o Help scheduled travel, coordinating catering lunch for big sales meetings, and note taking.
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00 / hr.
This is a fully onsite position in Greensboro,NC.
This position is anticipated to close on Mar 4, 2025.
