BENEFITS & COMPENSATION

Compensation : $75,000 - $90,000 per year

PTO : Generous paid time off package plus volunteer time off

RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE NETWORK ADMINISTRATOR

Manage and maintain enterprise LAN / WAN infrastructure including switching, routing, firewalls, and VPNs

Oversee virtualization infrastructure and storage systems

Administer Windows Server environments and Active Directory

Implement security best practices

Manage backup systems and disaster recovery planning

Provide technical support and handle user management

Lead IT projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE FOR THE NETWORK ADMINISTRATOR

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and O365

Experience with network security, firewalls, and VPNs

Expertise in virtualization technologies and storage systems

PowerShell scripting capabilities

Experience with disaster recovery planning
