Job descriptionAs an assistant licensed nursing home administrator, you will support the LNHA at your facility with administrative duties. You will assist in overseeing staff and personnel. You will assist in managing the day-to-day processes that involve your facility (i.e.., financial matters, medical care, supplies). You will assist in the coordinating and providing leadership to each clinical, managerial, and custodial team and ensure that they work together. Must have a valid and current LNHA in the State of Illinois. A baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university. 3 years or more experience. RN or MD preferred. A positive disposition and the ability to work well with others.
