Home Health RN Contract Details :

2,400 - $2,708 per week

13-week contractSHC Home Health Nurses are paid by the hour, not by the visitNurse will have a designated territory of coverageAverage weekly expectation is 30 units of productivityHome Health contracts with SHC require previous experience with OASIS / Medicare Certified Visits
