Position will be 10 hour shifts, Friday Monday
Coordinate and supervises departmental activities serving as an active memberof the interdisciplinary team. Facilitates appropriate patient schedulingbased on the clinical need and expedites flow of patients within thedepartment and is available to all staff as a resource. Facilitates effectivecommunication with administration, patients, physician offices and staff andallocates resources to promote efficient, effective, and compassionate patientcare. Ensures appropriate staffing and monitors staff. Oversees staff clinicalperformance and contributes to performance evaluations. Monitors and auditscompliance with regulatory standards. Assists all managers responsibilities inhisher absence on weekends. Participates on committees, task forces andoractivities as assigned. Supports the decisions of the clinical manager, homehealth leadership and System Director of Home Health.###
Requirements
Education :
Baccalaureate Degree in one of the following : Physical Therapy(PT), Occupational Therapy (OT), Speech Language Pathology (SLP) required.Associate Degree in Nursing required. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)preferred.
Experience :
5 years clinical experience preferred.
Certification :
BLS (American Heart Association Basic Life Support)required.
License :
State of Florida licensure required in Physical Therapy,Occupational Therapy, Speech Language Pathology, or RN. Valid Florida Driverslicense within 30days of employment required.
