Position Summary

The Manager of System Applications and Informatics for Supply Chain Management supports the collaborative strategic development, integration, implementation, and optimization of software applications, data management, and informatics to ensure improvement in cost, quality, and outcomes for the organization. The Manager works with key business and operational stakeholders on strategic integration efforts; oversees a team of Systems and Resource Analysts ensuring customer satisfaction requirements are exceeded; creates transparency and effortless access to information needed for operational improvement and expense reduction efforts for each facility; researches and implements best practices; drafts policies and procedures; executes strategic plans around MultiCare-wide Supply Chain initiatives; ensures a compliant, effective, and streamlined Supply Chain experience for business and clinical groups; and leads Supply Chain application implementations. Hospital-based leaders may have a dual matrixed reporting structure.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or four (4) years of Healthcare Supply Chain experience may be considered
• Certified Materials & Resource Professional (CMRP), Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) or equivalent certification required or agreement to pursue certification
• Minimum five (5) years of experience and demonstrated skills in supply chain applications, data management and analytics; experience with an ERP system such as Lawson is highly preferred
• Minimum three (3) years of experience and demonstrated skills in progressive leadership roles

Pay and Benefit Expectations

We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $107,723.00 - $148,782.00 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to : skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and / or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant’s years of experience align.
