Position Overview :

In this role, you will engage actively in all facets of patient care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Your efforts will contribute to creating a nurturing environment and advancing our culture change initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

• Deliver high-quality nursing care within established standards, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes.
• Take responsibility for the care of a dedicated group of patients, ensuring that care plans reflect personalized and meaningful care.
• Accurately document care provided within the electronic medical record, participating in ongoing quality monitoring efforts.
• Create a supportive and empathetic environment that encourages patient independence and personal choice.
• Mentor nursing assistants and fellow nurses, fostering a culture of excellence in care delivery.
• Actively engage in performance improvement initiatives and contribute to unit activities.
• Step into charge nurse responsibilities as needed, including managing shifts and delegating tasks.

Schedule : 12-hour day shifts, 36 hours per week with weekend rotations.

Salary Range : $32.13 - $48.20
