Key Responsibilities :

• Personalized Care : Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and meal support, all while ensuring residents' dignity and comfort.
• Promote Comfort and Safety : Monitor residents' physical and emotional well-being, responding to changes in condition to ensure a secure, supportive environment.
• Foster Connections : Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families, creating trust and a sense of belonging.
• Maintain Cleanliness : Keep residents’ rooms and common areas organized, clean, and hygienic to promote a healthy environment.
• Accurate Documentation : Document and report changes in residents' conditions, care plans, and activities, ensuring smooth communication with the care team.
• Team Collaboration : Work alongside nurses and healthcare professionals to deliver individualized, holistic care.
• Enhance Quality of Life : Engage residents in activities that promote physical, emotional, and social well-being based on their unique needs and preferences.
