We are looking for an outstanding individual who oversees the day-to-day operations of the residence. The Nursing Home Administrator is responsible for coordinating activities of resident care, sales, maintenance, life enrichment and dining services departments.

Requirements

Requirements--Nursing Home Administrator

• Required: Demonstrated success in a leadership role within a senior living community including exceeding financial and operational goals
• Required: Nursing Home Administrator License
• Required: Experience with budgeting and scheduling
• Required: Computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook
• Required: Ability to manage multiple priorities and responsibilities
• Required: A minimum of 3 years of experience in a operations role for Assisted Living, Independent Living, Skilled Nursing Facility or Memory Care community
• Required: Strong written and verbal communication skills
