Job Description

Are you passionate about nursing education and eager to make a difference? Chamberlain University is looking for enthusiastic nurses to join our campus-based Sacramento faculty team. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to teach in various settings, while also contributing to committee work within our nursing programs. Responsibilities

Evidence-Based Teaching & Learning :

• Program Outcomes : Implement the College's philosophy, curriculum, and course objectives through diverse teaching methods, including classroom, online, and clinical settings.
• Curricular Innovations : Develop and revise course materials annually, ensuring they meet the highest standards of educational excellence.
• Autonomous Teaching : Take full responsibility for your teaching load, delivering high-quality education independently.
• Clinical Supervision : Monitor clinical agencies for suitability, plan clinical experiences, and provide direct and indirect supervision of nursing students.
• Preceptor Coordination : Collaborate with clinical agencies and University departments to oversee and evaluate clinical preceptors and mentors.
• Student Feedback & Remediation : Offer constructive feedback based on course outcomes and provide remediation as needed.
• Communication : Keep students informed about agency and clinical policies, procedures, and expectations.

In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $90,094 and $128,323. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
