Director Mental Health
Summary :
The Director of Mental Health is responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based substance use treatment programs, ensuring compliance with accreditation and regulatory standards, and leading a team of outpatient counselors.
This role requires supervision of staff, providing therapy to children and young adults (primarily those involved with the justice system or recovering from substance dependency), and ensuring that services are delivered with compassion, professionalism, and adherence to best practices. The Director must demonstrate expertise in ASAM Criteria, treatment planning, and supervision, while fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.

- Provide leadership, supervision, and mentorship to outpatient addiction counselors and support staff.
- Develop and implement strategic plans for growth, program development, and team development.
- Ensure adherence to ASAM Criteria, evidence-based practices, and ethical treatment standards.
