Assists the department in the clerical aspects of preparation for patient meal service through accurate menu processing and assisting patients with menu selection. Prepare dietary information for use by kitchen personnel in preparation of meals for hospital patients. Examine diet orders and menus received from hospital units. Related experience or education demonstrating a knowledge of normal and modified diets and the Carbohydrate Counting and Protein Exchange Systems
