Job descriptionBachelors or Masters degree in Dietetics Nutrition or a related field from an accredited program. Registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration. Current state licensure / certification (if mandated by the state) Minimum of 1 year clinical experience (preferred). Experience with reviewing menus for facilities. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients families and healthcare teams. RD Nutrition Consultants LLC is seeking a part-time Clinical Registered Dietitian to provide a quarterly visit in WY.
Join the team at RD Nutrition Consultants LLC! We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Part-Time Clinical Registered Dietitian to provide vital nutritional care through quarterly on-site visits. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dietitian seeking a flexible schedule and competitive compensation.
Schedule : Flexible
Hours : 8-hour on-site visit per Quarter (25% Remote)
Compensation : $36.00-40.00 per hour DOE
Travel Reimbursement : Paid at the same hourly rate for time traveling to and from the facility
Mileage Reimbursement : Paid at the current federal mileage rate
Responsibilities :
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance nutrition care services and resident outcomes as needed.
- Review and approve menu on a semi-annual basis to ensure it meets USDA guidelines
- Conduct monthly kitchen sanitation audits documenting findings and recommending corrective actions to maintain a safe and sanitary environment.
- Perform other tasks as assigned and within scope of practice as needed.
- Identify high-risk residents for periodic nutritional assessments
- Adheres to all facility policy and procedure
