REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS :
SUMMARY
The Manager of Clinical Nutrition will complete responsibilities for the clinical nutrition staff for the entire Health System. Activities include : develop, implement and monitor clinical nutrition practice guidelines and protocols. Develop menus and therapeutic diets; develop and implement policies and procedures for clinical nutrition; develop and implement and report on quality assurance program for department; responsible for menu software; development of diet manuals; responsible for analyzing menus and establishing nutritional protocols to meet JCAHO, NYSDOH, and CACFP regulations. Assumes role of Director of Food and Nutrition Services in his / her absence.

RDN - Registered Dietitian Nutritionist - Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (AND)
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS :
M - Medium Work - Exerting 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and / or 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently, and / or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects; Requires frequent walking, standing or squatting.

65,000.00 - $90,000.00

The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for a successful full time applicant. It may be modified in the future and eligible for additional pay components. Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts.
