Primary Care Physician / Family Practice Lakewood, Washington (Perm Position)

Position Overview :

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Primary Care Physician / Family Practice provider to join a well-established, community-based independent physician organization in Lakewood, Washington. Key Responsibilities :

• Provide comprehensive primary care services to a diverse patient population, including preventative, acute, and chronic disease management.
• Manage an outpatient patient panel with approximately 32 scheduled visits per day.
• Conduct routine examinations, screenings, and health assessments.
• Develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with patients.
• Take on a rotating call schedule, with a minimal call volume, including nightly call and weekend rotations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure seamless patient care.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing medical education.
