Actify Home Care is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide exceptional care to our geriatric clients in Broward County, FL. We’re looking for a compassionate professional who values timeliness and excels in communication —both with patients and our supportive staff. As an Actify OT, taking care of patients so they can stay safe and comfortable at home is just the beginning. We're here to improve lives, and that includes yours. You're happy to find ways to maximize the patient’s outcome, be a patient advocate, and communicate as needed with the primary doctor, our Clinical Team Director, Director of Nursing and other team members to manage the patient’s care.

What You’ll Do :

• Deliver personalized, in-home therapy to enhance mobility and quality of life for seniors.
• Collaborate closely with patients, families, and our care team to ensure seamless, timely treatment plans.
• Maintain clear, consistent communication to keep everyone informed and empowered.

Requirements :

Licensed OT in Florida with geriatric or home health experience preferred.

Strong organizational skills and a commitment to being on time, every time.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills to connect with patients and staff.

CPR / BLS Certification (Required)

OT License (Required)

Spanish speaking a plus!

Immediate cases available! Also, seeking coverage east of I-95 in Pompano Beach, Fort Lauderdale, Oakland Park and Dania Beach.
