Eagle Health is seeking a PART TIME ON-CALLOccupational Health Nurse to join our team.
Operating hours for this clinic are Tuesday - Thursday.
Tuesday : 8 : 00am - 3 : 30pm
Wednesday : 9 : 00am - 3 : 30pm
Thursday : 8 : 00am - 3 : 30pm
The Occupational Health Nurse's duties shall include, but not be limited to, the following :
- Provide advice and guidance to the FDIC OM or his / her designee, within his / her scope of practice regarding occupational health
- Provide all related medical / clinical services including first aid, medical procedures, counseling, assessment, teaching and follow-up
- Be responsive to customer needs to ensure excellence in customer service
- Monitor and report to PM any patient behavioral abnormalities
- Administer immunizations, inoculations and medications as assigned and in accordance with CONTRACTOR Standing Orders
- Assist in developing and maintaining confidential patient records; also maintain a list of FDIC employees with disabilities
- Perform clerical duties such as answering the phone, typing filing and copying documents
- Check emails sent by employees to the secured mailbox associated with the region that they are working in
- Maintain inventories (furniture and equipment) for health unit
