Job Description

• Create Customized Treatment Approaches : Accurately assess patients' needs and design tailored therapy plans to help them achieve their functional goals.
• Implement Evidence-based Interventions : Apply proven practices to improve patients' motor capabilities, cognitive skills, and everyday activities.
• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams : Work in close partnership with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to provide thorough and holistic care.
• Educate Patients and Families : Guide patients and their loved ones on therapy methods to foster ongoing improvement in their home environments.
• Monitor Progress and Adjust Treatment : Regularly evaluate clinical outcomes and modify treatment plans as required to keep patients on the path to success.
