Position Summary
We are seeking licensed Occupational Therapists (OTs) in Florida to join our growing team. As a OT at Sequoia Care, you'll assess and implement treatment plans that help individuals regain daily living skills, restore function, and thrive in their environments. Whether you're looking for a flexible schedule or steady hours, we offer a variety of opportunities to fit your lifestyle and career goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct evaluations and develop customized occupational therapy treatment plans
- Deliver direct therapy to residents in senior living setting
- Focus on improving residents' performance in activities of daily living (ADLs), fine motor skills, and cognitive function
- Educate residents, families, and caregivers on therapy goals and strategies
- Document progress and modify treatment plans based on resident response
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure integrated care
