Job Responsibilities

• Create Tailored Treatment Plans : Assess patient requirements and construct individualized therapy strategies to help them achieve daily living goals

• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams : Work hand-in-hand with OTs, PTs, STs, medical staff, and nurses to deliver comprehensive and holistic care
