POSITION SUMMARY :
The occupational therapist (OT) is responsible to provide quality clinical care as part of a multidisciplinary team at the hospital and / or outpatient care centers as assigned. Demonstrates competency in evaluation and treatment, utilizing value-based care and and evidenced based practices. Receives clinical review by the Rehab Regional Manager.
Location : Lakeland, Florida
Shift : Mon- Friday - Full-time - 40 hours per week - 8 : 30 - 5 or 8 : 00 - 5 : 30 p.m.
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral degree from an accredited school of OT
- Licensed to practice OT in the state of Florida
Salary Range : Minimum $37.07 / hour - Maximum $59.02 / hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
