Occupational Therapist at Providence Cedars-Sinai Tarzana Medical Center in Tarzana, CA. This position is Part time and will work 8-hour, Day shifts.

Reporting to the Manager of Therapy Services, this position is responsible for planning and implementing specific treatment programs for individual patients according to the principles and practices of occupational therapy. The Occupational Therapist (OT) collaborates with the interdisciplinary team and provides supervision of the Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) and the Occupational Therapy Aide (OT Aide).

Required Qualifications :

• Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Upon hire : California Occupational Therapist License
• Upon hire : National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
• California Fire and Life Safety Card - National Organization within 30 days of hire.

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby / on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
