We need PTs / PTAs / OTs / COTAs / STs all over southern California. Role Description This is a home health role for an Occupational Therapist located in Orange County, CA. The Occupational Therapist will evaluate patients, develop customized treatment plans, and implement therapy interventions aimed at improving daily living and occupational skills. Responsibilities include working collaboratively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal outcomes. The therapist will document progress and make adjustments to therapy goals as needed based on patient needs and progress. Qualifications Strong foundation in Occupational Therapy, Medicine, and Rehabilitation to assess and support patient needs effectively Experience or interest in working with Pediatrics Excellent Communication skills to interact compassionately and clearly with patients, families, and healthcare teams Licensed or eligible for licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT) in the state of California Strong organizational and time management skills Dedication to providing high-quality, patient-centered care Experience in developing and tracking individualized therapy programs is a plus
