  • Ongoing education or additional certifications are encouraged and supported
  • Certifications Required

  • Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR / L) license
  • NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification mandatory
  • Key Skills

  • A genuine passion for supporting others in achieving their utmost level of independence
  • Empathetic communication skills with patients and team members
  • Ingenuity and flexibility in adapting treatment plans to meet diverse patient needs
  • Confidence in working both independently and collaboratively within a cohesive, multifaceted team
  • What We Offer

  • Encouraging, collaborative work culture with ample opportunities for growth
  • Stable full-time position with adaptable work schedules
  • Access to clinical mentorship and professional development resources
  • Utilization of high-caliber tools, facilities, and documentation systems
  • Chance to engage in quality improvement and innovative projects
  • Your Role in the Community

In this pivotal role, your impact will reach far beyond treating conditions; you'll be instrumental in helping patients reclaim their routines, build confidence, and rediscover joy in their everyday lives. Whether guiding stroke survivors through rehabilitation or assisting orthopedic patients in regaining mobility post-surgery, you'll utilize your expertise to provide centered care that fosters resilience and independence.

This environment seeks dedication over shortcuts or routines. It's a place where each patient is a unique narrative, and every therapy session is a meaningful installment in their recovery story. By collaborating with fellow therapists, healthcare providers, and support personnel, you'll help design rehabilitation plans that reflect the individuality of those you serve.

Why You'll Adore the Team - and the City That Inspires You

Our team embodies a sense of community and encouragement, going beyond mere work hours. We uplift one another, share invaluable insights, and celebrate every milestone, whether significant or subtle. You will find an environment where your contributions are recognized, your professional growth is nurtured, and your influence is felt daily.

Surrounded by picturesque hills and dotted with luscious parks, this city offers the perfect backdrop for adventure and relaxation alike. You'll find trails perfect for hiking and biking, parks to unwind in, and a thriving arts scene that beckons creativity.

Irvines neighborhoods buzz with life, featuring vibrant entertainment options, unique shops, and stylish cafes. Here, the pace of life allows for both ambitious endeavors and tranquil moments to breathe and connect with nature.
