What We Offer
Your Impact
In this role, you'll undertake more than simply addressing symptoms - you will assist in restoring routines, rebuilding self-assurance, and reigniting joy in daily activities. From teaming with stroke survivors to improve fine motor skills to aiding orthopedic patients as they recover mobility post-surgery, you'll devote your expertise to delivering person-centered care that nurtures resilience and independence.
This environment isn't about rushing through tasks or ticking boxes. Here, every patient represents a journey, and each therapy session unfolds a new chapter of recovery. You'll work hand-in-hand with fellow therapists, physicians, nurses, and social workers to design rehabilitation strategies that reflect the unique stories of those you serve.
Why You'll Appreciate Our Team - and the Area That Inspires Us
Our team has cultivated something truly exceptional. We don't just show up for work - we uplift one another, share insights, and celebrate each other's achievements, no matter the size. You will join a workplace that values your input, prioritizes your growth, and makes your contribution tangible each day.
And then there's Spokane : a city where urban energy meets natural beauty. Surrounded by stunning mountains, pristine lakes, and lush forests, Spokane beckons adventure seekers and tranquility lovers alike. With a thriving arts scene, numerous local eateries offering global cuisine, and vibrant farmers markets, the community thrives on creativity and connection. Here, life moves at just the right pace, allowing for both exploration and moments of relaxation.
Who We Seek
We're on the lookout for someone who perceives occupational therapy not just as work, but as a vocation. A person who experiences genuine joy when they witness a patient using their hand once more, walking with less assistance, or sharing new stories that had once seemed lost.
Whether you're a seasoned OTR / L or a newly minted graduate, you will flourish here if you approach your work with passion, dedication, and a gentle touch. If a career that harmoniously blends exceptional care and enriching life experiences excites you - your place is with us.
