The Role

You’ll work under a licensed Occupational Therapist providing skilled, functional therapy to short-term and long-term residents. Treatments focus on ADLs, functional mobility, cognition, safety awareness, and preparing residents for a successful discharge.

This is hands-on, meaningful therapy in a setting where progress is visible and celebrated.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy treatments per the plan of care

• Focus on functional outcomes and resident independence

• Document clearly and on time

• Communicate progress and concerns with the OT and IDT

• Participate in care planning and discharge planning as needed

• Maintain compliance with all state and federal requirements

What We’re Looking For

• California COTA license in good standing

• Graduate of an accredited OTA program

• SNF or post-acute experience preferred (strong new grads welcome)

• Solid communication, time management, and clinical skills

• A team-oriented clinician who takes pride in quality care
