Job Summary:
Performs occupational therapy evaluation and treatment in both outpatient and acute inpatient settings.
Essential Job Functions:
1) Performs occupational therapy assessments once physician's orders are received
2) Provides written evaluation and plan of care to the physician
3) Reassesses patient monthly to update plan of care
4) Provides supervision to COTAs and other support staff
5) Must continously improve OT knowledge & skills

Qualifications 1) Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Occupational Therapy.
2) TX State Occupational Therapy License required.
3) Current CPR certification required.
4) Ability to serve as a lead worker to subordinate personnel and the ability to assume supervisory
responsibilities in the absence of the Director.
5) Ability to work independently and maintain a positive, courteous attitude.
6) Continued employment is contingent on successfully maintaining current required certification(s) and/or
license(s).
