Occupational Therapy Assistant

Provide occupational therapy assistant services to patients under the supervision of a licensed therapist to support rehabilitation goals and improve patient functionality.

Responsibilities:

Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans for patients.
Observe and document patient progress during therapy sessions.
Prepare treatment areas and ensure proper equipment setup.
Educate patients and family members on therapeutic exercises and activities.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records.
Comply with facility policies and safely manage patient interactions.

Qualifications:

Hold a valid Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) license or credential.
Possess at least one year of relevant clinical experience.
Demonstrate strong communication and patient care skills.
Be able to follow detailed treatment plans and protocols.
