AlliedTravelCareers is working with Concentric Healthcare Staffing to find a qualified Resp Tech in Issaquah, Washington, 98029!

Job Title

Respiratory Therapist – Respiratory/Neuro Diagnostics

Location

Issaquah, WA | Acute Care

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 AM – 7:30 PM) | Every other weekend required (Friday + Saturday OR Saturday + Sunday)

Key Responsibilities

Provide respiratory care services across adult ICU and NICU units, covering both populations as needed
Perform 12-hour shifts with flexibility to support a small department; every other weekend commitment required
Float to sister facilities as needed — refusal to float may result in assignment termination or forfeiture of guaranteed hours
Must commit to working 3 of the following 5 holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day
Complete all required modules prior to start and during orientation (non-billable time)

Required Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of respiratory therapy experience
NICU and adult experience required — candidate will cover both units
Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, NRP, PALS, CRT
Valid state license; compact license must be in hand at time of submission
Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible at standard rate (locals accepted at a lower rate)
Must submit all RTO and scheduling requests upfront at time of submittal — post-offer RTO requests may not be granted

Preferred Experience / Skills

RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist) credential preferred
Formal NICU training with at least 1 year of NICU-specific experience strongly preferred
First-time travelers are accepted
Prior experience in a multi-unit or float environment is a plus
