Hiring for Multiple Shifts

Description of Role :

The Import Analyst will ensure that International Air and Ocean imports are cleared promptly and efficiently through Canada / US Customs through the coordination of import and export shipping activities necessary to release freight.

• Clear shipments electronically through Customs
• Confirm entries.
• Ensure all entries are submitted during time limits to avoid penalties.
• Answer all client inquiries via phone or email in a timely and courteous manner.
• Perform clerical duties such as filing, preparing mail and data entry.
• All other duties as assigned.
