Your responsibilities will include:

• Performing routine and preventative maintenance throughout the hotel Troubleshooting and repairing equipment, guest rooms, and common areas Handling carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical repairs Responding promptly to guest and staff maintenance requests Repairing furniture, walls, tile, fixtures, lighting, and appliances Maintaining heating and air conditioning systems (filters, controls, inspections) Completing daily checklists and walkthroughs with management Keeping tools, workspaces, and logs organized and up to date Being on-call for emergency situations (with guaranteed minimum pay if called in) 🧰 What We’re Looking For Hands-on experience in hotel or building maintenance preferred Skills in carpentry, plumbing, minor electrical, and mechanical repairs HVAC, refrigeration, or heating system experience a plus Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong attention to safety, quality, and detail Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors as needed Professional, reliable, and able to interact positively with guests and staff High school diploma or equivalent preferred 🚨 Safety & Standards Matter Here Follow all safety, fire, and emergency procedures Support brand and franchise maintenance programs Help keep the property safe, clean, and guest-ready at all times ⭐ Why You’ll Love Working Here Stable, year-round employment Variety in your work—no boring routines Respect for your skills and experience Opportunity to grow within a trusted hotel brand 🔑 Ready to Join the Team?
