We are seeking an organized and proactive new Office Administrative Assistant. You will provide essential support to the office by managing client-related documents and handling various administrative duties. Your ability to multitask and manage several responsibilities simultaneously while ensuring confidentiality and precision is vital. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented individual who is excited to contribute to a dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities :
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, delivering a welcoming and professional experience.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain important documents, including reports, presentations, and client communication.
- Facilitate interdepartmental communication to ensure smooth completion of tasks and projects.
- Continuously review and refine office processes for improved operational efficiency.
- Handle the preparation and distribution of client materials.
- Manage the flow of incoming and outgoing correspondence, including physical mail and digital communications.
