  • Client Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and their families, ensuring their needs are met with empathy and professionalism.
  • Quality Assurance: Develop and maintain quality assurance processes, conducting regular audits and gathering client feedback to enhance service quality.
  • Financial Oversight: Assist in budgeting and financial management, including billing, payroll, and invoicing.

  • Reporting & Documentation: Maintain detailed client records, service reports, and administrative documentation, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and regulatory bodies as necessary.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a healthcare administration or management role, with experience in PAS or home healthcare preferred.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with state and federal PAS regulations, including Medicaid/Medicare policies and HIPAA compliance.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven experience in staff management and team coordination.
  • Strong Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to manage relationships with clients, families, and staff.
  • Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities, capable of handling multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in healthcare management software, EMR systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with EMR systems in PAS or home healthcare.
  • Bilingual capabilities to better serve a diverse client base.
  • Knowledge of Medicaid/Medicare billing processes.
