What You'll Be Doing :
Serve as the first point of contact, greeting and assisting clients, visitors, and customers with a positive and professional attitude.
Manage a multi-line phone system, directing calls and taking messages accurately.
Handle a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, including data entry, document preparation, and file management.
Make copies, scan documents, and ensure records are filed correctly and securely.
Provide essential support to team members and agents on daily tasks and special projects.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment.
Perform other administrative duties as needed to keep the office running smoothly.

Bilingual : You must be 100% fluent in both Spanish and English (written and spoken) to effectively communicate with our diverse clientele.
