We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Professional to join our dynamic team in the financial services sector. The ideal candidate will provide essential administrative support to the CEO and team, to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow within the financial services industry.
Responsibilities :
Provide administrative support to CEO, and other team members
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
Handle confidential client information with discretion and professionalism
Prepare and proofread documents, reports, and presentations
Assist with client communications, including phone calls, emails, and correspondence
Maintain and update client records in accordance with company policies
Assist in the preparation of financial reports and presentations
Organize and maintain office supplies, and assist with office maintenance
Manage office filing system (both digital and physical)
Manage office technology platforms
Event planning and coordination for agency
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications :
2 yr Associate Degree or Bachelor’s Degree preferred
2+ years of experience in an administrative support role in financial services or related industry
Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment
Knowledge of financial terminology and practices is a plus
