We’re partnering with a well-established, small business seeking a reliable and organized Office Manager to be the backbone of daily operations. This is a key role for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats, keeping things running smoothly, and being a trusted go-to for both leadership and staff.
What You’ll Do :
Oversee day-to-day office operations and administrative workflows
Serve as the main point of contact for internal staff and external partners
Handle invoicing, light bookkeeping support, and document management
Coordinate schedules, calendars, and basic reporting
Support leadership with organization, follow-ups, and process improvements
Maintain office supplies, records, and general office efficiency
