Job Description
Partners Professional is currently assisting our client seeking an Office Assistant . This position will be full times weekly and located on-site in Winston-Salem . Our client is specialized in comprehensive pools and sales. They are known for exemplary customer service and support in the Piedmont Triad region. The selected candidate will support the Business Director and Service Director assisting in office customer service, phones, emails, scheduling, filing, scanning, data entry, and other office related tasks. Being able to speak and listen to customers with inquiries regarding repair, maintenance, warranties, billing, installations and sales support, after training and learning, will be an important part of the role moving forward to be successful.
Qualifications :
- MS Office Suite - Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams (required)
- QuickBooks (QBO) - essential and required. Account Receivables (AR)
- Filing, Scanning (electronically), data entry into spreadsheets (required)
- Clear speaking voice, Emailing with appropriate language, grammar and spelling
- Strong Communications skills verbal and written
- Prior office experience (internships, part-time in office, entry level clerical) preferred
- Experience in multi-tasking and organized, orderly
- Key Driver being Customer Service and exceeding Expectations in an office environment
This position is being offered in a temp to hire process and hourly amount will be determined with experience and proficiency in the above qualifications.
