Business Office Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Office Manager for our skilled nursing facility to join our dynamic team in Birmingham, AL. As a crucial member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day financial management and administrative functions of our organization. If you have a passion for leadership, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and billing

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of the business office staff, ensuring efficient and effective operations

  • Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and policies, including HIPAA and OIG requirements

  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports

  • Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and reports

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and effective communication

  • Salary Competitive salary offered based on experience

Requirements:
