Develop and execute cleaning validation protocols, including risk assessments, cleaning procedures, sampling plans, and acceptance criteria.Execute cleaning validation studies for required equipment and processes, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and quality standards.Perform visual inspection, swab sampling, and rinse sampling to assess cleaning effectiveness and specified requirements.Perform recovery studies when required.Participate and assist with cleaning validation training programming.Analyze data and findings, identifying any issues and effectively implement improvements / mitigate risks.Write, review, develop, and ensure all required documentation for cleaning validation activities is accurately recorded and compliant.Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure alignment on project requirements and progress.Provide ongoing technical guidance in cleaning validation activities, troubleshooting, and corrective actions.Additional responsibilities as required in order to drive project success.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Biological Science or a related engineering discipline.7+ years of cleaning validation experience within the pharmaceutical / life science industry.Strong understanding of industry regulations and quality standards.Experienced developing and executing cleaning validation protocols, risk assessments, and required technical

experience with rinse and swab sampling.Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.Detail-oriented and commitment to ensuring quality and compliance.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.At PSC Biotech, many of our projects and clients are located in various regions around the country.
