GoodNight Stay is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Laundry / Cleaning Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our laundry and cleaning services.
Responsibilities :
- Supervise and manage a team of laundry and cleaning vendors
- Ensure that all laundry and cleaning tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintain inventory
- Train new staff members on laundry and cleaning procedures
- Ensure that all laundry and cleaning equipment is properly maintained and serviced
- Monitor and maintain quality control standards
- Ensure that all safety and sanitation guidelines are followed
- Manage schedules and assign tasks to staff and vendors
- Communicate with management regarding any issues or concerns
